Policy priorities

• Support the Equality Act, the Equal Rights Voting Act, and all federal civil rights protections.

• Ensure fair districting laws for equal representation in Congress

• Protect people of color from racial profiling and unjust treatment from law enforcement through regulating mandatory allocation of funds on mental health and bias training

• Protect LGBTQIA+ people from discrimination in housing, employment, and healthcare

• Ensure LGBTQIA+ individuals can serve openly in the military

• Oppose laws that restrict the freedom of American families from seeking proper medical care for their transgender youth

• Move towards single-use stalls that take up less space, are better for the environment, and ensure access to private spaces for all

Plain language
Everyone deserves to feel safe and respected for who they are. All woman deserve safe access to society.

That means no one should lose their job, housing, or healthcare because of who they love or how they identify. I will work to pass strong laws that protect LGBTQIA+ people and make sure existing civil rights laws are enforced.

I believe people should be free to live their lives with dignity, without fear of discrimination or violence. Our communities are stronger when everyone is treated with fairness and respect.
