Plain language
Everyone deserves to feel safe and respected for who they are.

That means no one should lose their job, housing, or healthcare because of who they love or how they identify. I will work to pass strong laws that protect LGBTQIA+ people and make sure existing civil rights laws are enforced.

I believe people should be free to live their lives with dignity, without fear of discrimination or violence. Our communities are stronger when everyone is treated with fairness and respect.
